The weather, currently.
Is that a BBQ I smell? Some of you may have celebrated the warm sunshine today with your first BBQ this evening, and why the heck not. It is a beautiful evening.
Tomorrow will not be quite as bright but still very very nice. Tuesday morning will see a mix of sun and cloud and a wake-up temperature near 7°C. As the kids head back to class after the Easter break, no winter coat needed. A light jacket and maybe a zip top underneath will do just fine.
A weak disturbance will push in some additional clouds by lunchtime tomorrow, we will still see some decent sunny breaks and it will be mild. The high 19°C. The wind will be from the SWQ 20-40+ km an hour and the UV Index will be 5 or moderate.
Tuesday night: Cloudy periods with a low near 8°C. There is a slight risk of a spotty shower early Tuesday morning.

Warmly, Zaria is one of Currently’s sister newsletters. Zaria, who has expertise both in mental health and climate, thoughtfully responds to readers' questions surrounding how to navigate personal mental health, community, and more as we collectively learn how to cope while living through the climate crisis.
Recently Zaria responded to a question that has been asked in many forms over again — “Should I have kids during a climate crisis?”
Zaria leaves us with this:
“If you choose to have children, being an emotionally available and present parent is more valuable than constantly worrying about making the correct decisions or doing the “right” thing.”
You can read her full response here, submit your own climate/mental health-related questions here and subscribe to Warmly, Zaria here.
