Another major system is moving in, but along with it a warmer flow — so it will be a rain event. Thursday morning starts off under a mix of sun and cloud with a wake-up temperature near -2°C feeling like -7°C with the wind chill.

We will see variable skies for much of the day, at times more clouds than the sun but it will be dry until late evening. The high 6°C degrees! The wind will be light from the SW 15-30km/h.

Thursday night: Cloudy with a rainshower beginning in the late evening, it will likely mix with some wet flurries in the north end of the city before changing back to rain by dawn Friday morning.

Side note: Turing much colder and blustery for the weekend. There will be intense lake effect snow bands southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. —Anwar Knight
