The weather, currently.

An active weather pattern continues across the region and it will be anything but "spring like". Your wake-up temperature on Friday morning will hover near 3°C under variable cloudiness and a few isolated showers. Cloud cover will dominate, with a period of rain by midday. That will linger for a few hours. There is a chance we may get a quick sunny break, but unfortunately, nothing to brag about. There will be a SW wind of 20-40km/h and a high of 7°C.
Friday night: partly cloudy with isolated snow showers and a low of 2°C.
Side note: A cold blast moves in over the weekend, setting up some lake effect snow bands Saturday night into Sunday and very cold temperatures that will last right into Tuesday.

This youth-led movement is working to highlight the intersectional nature of the climate crisis while emphasizing how the climate emergency exasperates injustice.
All around the globe people will congregate in person and digitally to demand better from global leaders. You can find a local action or march near you using this map and more information here.
